PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit or credit cards issued by Visa and MasterCard
  • Prepaid or gift cards issued by Visa and MasterCard
  • PayPal

For US gift cards issued by Visa and MasterCard, you will need to register the card with the card issuer prior to purchase.

 

WHEN DO WE CHARGE?

Debit or credit cards issued by Visa and MasterCard

  • After you press the Place your order button, you are able to enter your card details.
  • For in-stock items, we charge your card immediately.
  • For backorder or preorder items, you can pick Pay Now or Pay Later.
    • When you pick Pay Now, we charge your card immediately.
    • When you pick Pay Later, we charge your card immediately for the in-stock items but we do not yet charge you card for the backorder or preorder items.
  • We wait until we have all the items for a shipment in stock.
  • If you picked Pay Later, we charge your card for the backorder or preorder items that are now in stock.
  • We process your shipment.
  • If your order consists of multiple shipments, you may see separate charges for each shipment if you picked Pay Later.

When you place and pay your order before 8 AM PT, Monday through Friday, with only in stock items, it usually ships same day. While ordering, your basket shows you an estimated delivery date.

 

PayPal

  • After you press the Place your order button, you are redirected to the PayPal website to approve your payment.
  • We charge your PayPal for the approved amount when we are ready to ship which is usually on the same or next workday.
  • We ship your order.
  • PayPal cannot be used to pay for backorder and preorder items.
