Returns and refunds policy
RETURNS
Occasionally you may have to return an item to Archonia, which is understandable. Below you will find all of the information you need to make a convenient return at Archonia.US.
Please notify us of your return request within 14 calendar days of the delivery of your items at support@archonia.us. If we do not receive an inquiry from you within 14 days of the delivery date of your item(s), you will no longer be eligible to return your items to Archonia.
Archonia reserves the right to decline a return if we have not been notified within this timeframe.
When we can accept something:
- You received a defective or damaged item.
- We sent you the wrong item.
- You received an item that differs substantially from the item you ordered on the www.archonia.us Website.
When we can’t accept something:
- The item that you want to return does not meet the above mentioned circumstances.
- The item is returned without notification, or the notification has not been received within 14 calendar days from delivery.
- There was no problem with your order, you just changed your mind.
- The item, collectible/trading product, etc. has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons out of our control.
- You want to return the item because it was shipped late or was delivered late by the carrier.
We do not offer discounts on damaged or defective items, but as mentioned above you can return any damaged or defective items for a refund. *Please note that we reserve the right to use our discretion when making the final decision in a return. If you want to return something because you changed your mind or you broke your item, you are not eligible for a return.
How to return something at Archonia.US:
- Send an email to support@archonia.us mentioning clearly your order number in the title of your email as well as a clear description as to why you are returning the item (damaged item, missing item, wrong item, etc.). Please include pictures to show damages to the item(s) and packaging material if applicable.
- Wait for feedback from Archonia. We will inform you within 3 business days whether your return request has been approved. We will send an email with a courtesy pre-paid return label for you to send your items back. You will need a printer. We do not send printed return labels through the mail.
- Return the item within 2 weeks ensuring that damage to the item is avoided by packing it properly, as Archonia cannot be held accountable for damages to an item during the return of the shipment (the 2 weeks are counted as the days between Archonia sending the email with the label and the tracking showing the carrier taking possession of the package). Use the prepaid shipping label to return the shipment.
- Upon return of the item, Archonia will verify the information and contents of the return. Upon acceptance, Archonia will refund you in one of the following ways:
- If stock is available, we will send a replacement for the defective item.
- Arrange for a refund, within 10 working days, corresponding to the purchase price of the item + a pro-rated shipping amount
REFUNDS
When an order, for which a payment has been captured and that order is canceled by Archonia, Archonia will do one of the following:
- Arrange for a refund, within 10 working days, corresponding to the purchase price of the item + a pro-rated shipping amount.
When an order, for which a payment has been captured and that order is canceled by the Customer, Archonia will do one of the following:
- Arrange for a refund, within 10 working days, corresponding to the purchase price of the item. However, Archonia reserves the right to apply a 10% fee to the refund to cover expenses related to the refund.
Debit or credit card issues by Visa or MasterCard
- The refund will probably take 3-5 business days.
Prepaid or gift card issues by Visa or MasterCard
- The refund will probably take 3-5 business days.
Paypal
- If you paid for the items with your outstanding PayPal balance, the refund should show up very quickly, as in a matter of hours.
- If you paid for the item via PayPal but used an attached credit or debit card, the refund will probably take 3-5 business days.
- If you paid for the item via PayPal but used an attached checking account, the refund will probably take 3-10 business days.
