For most graded items (Funko 3.75'' POP figures), we allow you to pick Standard Shipping or Collector's Shipping during checkout. That means all the items you have in your cart when ordering will be either Standard Grade or Collector's Grade:

You may see a mix of these 2 systems until the transition has been completed.
Most items we offer are in Standard Grade condition. They are new but the packaging may have minor issues such as small dents, creases and scrapes. This grade is still suitable for displaying the item in its package but may not meet the quality a serious in-box collector expects.
Standard Grade items are either marked as [STANDARD] or will be sent in this grade if they are not marked and you pick Standard Shipping during checkout.
For some items we offer the option to select Collector's Grade. Collector's Grade is for in-box collectors who want the item's packaging to be near to mint as possible. When items arrive at our warehouse, they are inspected and labeled as [SUB-STANDARD], [STANDARD] or [COLLECTOR]. Collector's Grade items are placed in a protector box and stored as such in our warehouse (specifically for Funko POP figures, the items are stored in a 0.5 mm plastic POP protector). When they are shipped, we securely pack the protector box in a sturdy cardboard box. Our mint guarantee is that we try to send you an item that is as mint as possible. Note that "mint" is a subjective term that various from buyer to buyer.
Collector's Grade items are either marked as [COLLECTOR] or will be sent in this grade if they are not marked and you pick Collector's Shipping during checkout.
Items marked as Sub-Standard Grade have very noticeable defects on the packaging. They are typically not suitable to be displayed in their packaging but are a great choice for out-of-box collectors as the items themselves are still new.
Sub-Standard Grade items are marked as [SUB-STANDARD].
- What do you mean with "marked"?
A "marked" item is an item that has [SUB-STANDARD], [STANDARD] or [COLLECTOR] in the name.
- I selected an item with [COLLECTOR] Grade and can only pick Standard Shipping. What grade will I receive?
You will receive Collector's Grade for the items that are marked as [COLLECTOR] and Standard Grade for the items that are marked as [STANDARD] or aren't marked. After the transition, there won't be a Collector's Shipping option anymore as all the graded items will have their specific grade.
- I don't see an option for Collector's Shipping
This option will only be shown if you have nothing but unmarked Funko 3.75'' POP figures in your basket. If you add a marked item or an item that is not a Funko 3.75'' POP figure to your basket, you will only be able to pick Standard Shipping. You will receive Collector's Grade for the items that are marked as [COLLECTOR] and Standard Grade for the items that are marked as [STANDARD] or aren't marked. After the transition, there won't be a Collector's Shipping option anymore as all the graded items will have their specific grade.
- I placed an order with Collector's Shipping but I now see an item in my order as [STANDARD]. What happened?
During the transition, we are relabeling all current items as [STANDARD] and are adding new items for [COLLECTOR]. This causes older orders with Collector's Shipping to show as having [STANDARD] items. This is only a display issue so rest assured that irrespective of the item grade shown, we will ship you Collector Grade if you picked and paid for Collector's Shipping.
